The Museum has assisted in the development, support and administration, through fiscal sponsorship the White Buffalo Day Children’s Fund which promotes cultural exchange programs between Mardi Gras Indians and Native Americans; and

Additionally, the Museum has produced and promoted other mission fulfilling programs with the assistance of the National Endowment for the Arts, the Louisiana Division of the Arts, the New Orleans Arts Council, and Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities
